End-User License Agreement

Application: TimberSalt Books Pilot ("the App")
Provider: Pacific Dining CA1 LLC ("we," "us")
Effective date: October 27, 2026
Contact: will@timberandsalt.com

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App to connect your QuickBooks Online company to our bookkeeping automation service and to generate, review, and post bookkeeping entries for your own business. This license is for your internal business use only.

2. What the App does

The App reads financial data from the QuickBooks Online company you connect — including sales records, vendor bills, payouts, and payroll summaries — and prepares and, where you have enabled it, posts corresponding journal entries, bills, and related bookkeeping records. The App is an automation tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Pilot status and availability

The App is offered as a pilot product. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time. We may update this agreement and will note the effective date of any change on this page.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the App is limited to the amounts you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including penalties or interest arising from tax filings.

6. Termination

You may stop using the App and disconnect it from QuickBooks Online at any time from your Intuit app settings. We may terminate this license if you breach this agreement. Sections 5 and 7 survive termination.

7. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
