1. Information we access

When you connect the App to your QuickBooks Online company, we access the financial data needed to run the service: company information, chart of accounts, sales and revenue records, vendor bills and invoices, delivery-platform payout statements, payroll summaries, and journal entries. We access this data only through Intuit's authorized API connection, using the permissions you grant.

2. How we use it

• To categorize transactions and prepare and post bookkeeping entries in your QuickBooks Online company.
• To reconcile payouts and statements against your books and flag discrepancies for your review.
• AI-assisted review is used to categorize transactions and detect miscoded entries. Your financial data is not used to train AI models.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers required to operate the App: Intuit (QuickBooks Online), our cloud hosting providers, and our AI processing provider, each limited to the data needed for its function. We may disclose data if required by law.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored in secured cloud infrastructure in the United States. API credentials and access tokens are held in encrypted credential storage, never in plain text. Access is limited to authorized personnel and systems.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain connected-company data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You may disconnect the App at any time from your Intuit app settings, which revokes our API access. To request deletion of stored data, contact us at the email above and we will delete it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We may update this policy and will note the effective date of any change on this page.
